Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email or phone number, a hashed password, profile photo, gender and date of birth, plus basic account info when you sign in with Google.
What you share: live audio and video, chat messages, comments, posts and images you upload.
Camera and microphone: used only while you host or join a live session. We never turn them on in the background.
Files you pick: audio files you choose from your device to play as music inside a live room.
Device and usage details: device model, OS version, IP address, app activity logs and crash reports, kept for security and stability.

To run the core app: live rooms, chat and virtual gifts.
To keep the community safe: spotting fraud, spam and abuse, and reviewing reports from users.
To suggest live rooms you may like and to send important account or safety notices.

Firebase Authentication (Google) — sign-in and account verification.
Google Sign-In — optional quick login with your Google account.
Agora — carries live audio and video between hosts and viewers while a session is active.
Cloudinary — stores images and media you upload, such as profile photos and post pictures.
Our own servers and database — store your Wish Live Pro account, chat and activity data.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies as well as this one.

We do not sell your personal information.
Other users can see your public profile (name, photo, ID, level) and whatever you share in a live room.
Service providers listed above receive only what they need to work.
If you host under an agency, that agency can see your streaming activity and earnings information.
We may share information when the law requires it or to protect people's safety.

Your account and content stay while your account is active.
When you delete your account, your profile and content are removed. Coin, gift and salary transaction records may be kept without your personal details, for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

Edit your profile any time from inside the app.
Report a user, live room or message with the Report button, and block a user from Settings → Blocked Users.
Delete your account and personal data from Settings → Delete Account, or follow the steps on our Account Deletion page.

Wish Live Pro is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete it if we find out we have.

Passwords are stored hashed and traffic travels over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.

If we change this policy, the new version appears here with a fresh “Last updated” date.
