Delete Your Account
You can remove your Wish Live Pro account and personal data yourself, straight from the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete it from the app
- 1Open the app and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile and tap Settings.
- 3Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.
- 4Read the notice, optionally tell us why you are leaving, and tick the confirmation box.
- 5Tap “Delete my account permanently”, then confirm in the pop-up.
What is removed
- Your name, profile photo, bio, email or phone number and sign-in details.
- Your posts, chat messages, notifications, and your follower and following connections.
- The linked sign-in record for your account.
What may be kept
- Coin, gift and salary transaction records, stored without your personal details, only for as long as accounting, fraud prevention or the law requires.
- Anything we are legally obliged to hold on to, such as records tied to a valid legal request.
Can't open the app?
Email wishliveoffical@gmail.com from the address (or with the phone number) linked to your account. We will check that the account is yours, then delete it for you.
