Child Safety Standards

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These are the published standards Wish Live Pro follows to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation on the platform, how to report a concern, and what happens next.

Report a child safety concern

Tap Report on any profile, live room or message in the app, or email wishliveoffical@gmail.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

1. Our position

Wish Live Pro has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is banned across the whole app, and we act whenever we become aware of it.

  • The rule covers live audio and video rooms, chats, comments, posts, profile photos, usernames, bios and gifts.
  • No exception is made for jokes, role-play, fiction or “private” rooms.

2. What is not allowed

  • Sexual or sexualised content involving anyone under 18, real or depicted.
  • Grooming: contacting or befriending a minor to sexualise them or lower their guard.
  • Sextortion, blackmail or pressure on a minor, and asking a minor for sexual images or acts.
  • Offering, trading, advertising or linking to CSAM, or to places where it can be found.
  • Sexual remarks about minors, or content that treats child abuse as normal or acceptable.
  • Streams or content showing minors in a sexual, exploitative or unsafe situation.

3. 18+ only

Wish Live Pro is an adults-only platform. Minors may not use the app or go live.

  • The sign-in screen states that by logging in you confirm you are over 18 and agree to our terms.
  • Our terms say streamers under 18 are not accepted, and that hosts must never allow child-related content or child behaviour in their streams.
  • Accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 are restricted or permanently banned, and their content is removed.
  • A banned account cannot sign in or use the app.

4. How to report a concern

Anyone can report suspected CSAE, including people who do not use the app.

  • In the app: tap Report on a profile, live room or chat message, and pick a reason such as “Underage user” or “Nudity or sexual content”. Add details if you can.
  • By email: write to wishliveoffical@gmail.com with the account name or ID, the time, and what you saw. Please describe the content rather than attaching or forwarding it.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

5. What we do after a report

  • Each report enters a moderation queue that our admin team reviews.
  • Confirmed violations lead to the content being removed and the account being permanently banned.
  • Every report keeps a status and outcome, so decisions can be traced.
  • We do not accept retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

6. Working with the authorities

  • We follow the child-safety laws that apply to our service, including rules on reporting CSAM.
  • When we find apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we report it to the relevant national or regional bodies, such as the NCMEC CyberTipline where it applies, and to local law enforcement.
  • Where the law requires, we keep the relevant account records and respond to valid legal requests.

7. Child safety contact

  • Our contact for child safety, CSAM prevention, and questions from regulators or law enforcement is wishliveoffical@gmail.com.
  • This contact can speak to our CSAM-prevention practices and compliance.

8. Updates

  • We review these standards from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
